Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fed-EX or an assigned LTL company with tracking and drop-off without signature. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All returned items must be shipped back in original conditin and packaging, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

If your item arrives damaged, all claims must be filed with the online or retail store the items was purchased at. Once a claim is filed, that vendor will send us a claim for either a replacment, refund, or parts request. All damages will be taken care of within 3-5 business days.

Blazing Needles LLC makes every effort to fill your orders accurately with quality pre-tested products. When returns are necessary, please follow these easy steps:

If, in the rare instance, you find defective merchandise in any shipment, you must contact your sales representative within 7 days of receiving the shipment. 
Please have the following information ready when you call International Caravan:

Company Name, Invoice Number, reasons for return, and a detailed picture of the damaged area. The product will be replaced at no charge within 30 days or a necessary part substitute will be sent out to your desired address within 48 hours.
You will be issued a return authorization number (RA#). Orders returned to ICI without authorization will be refused. Authorized merchandise to be returned to:

Please enclose information listing the products being returned and reasons for return with merchandise.

As for online purchases, please consult the company you purchased the product from, for our return, damage, and warranty requirements. Please, do not ship back products to our warehouse without consulting with an experience customer service specialist.

We will make every effort to help your obtain the necessary replacements as quicky as possible at no extra cost to you.
